Job description

Primary Purpose:
Work in a hatchery setting performing assigned job duties to include Embrex vaccination, quality control, lab sanitation and inventory management. Follow all established safety and operational standard operating procedures (SOPs) to achieve goals on hatch, hatch of fertile (HOF), early mortality and budgets.

Schedule: 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.; scheduled workdays are Friday, Saturday, Monday, and Tuesday.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Ensure proper vaccination of chicks via Embrex transfer process.
  • Complete quality control task(s).
  • Sanitation of laboratory and lab equipment.
  • Completing vaccination inventory and paperwork.
  • Perform assigned job duties to follow established sanitation programs.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
