POSITION SUMMARY:

Join us in maintaining a stand-out portfolio of vacation rentals in Palmetto Bluff, South Carolina.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as our Full-Time Vacation Rental Property Inspector. This role is perfect if you excel in a well-established, supportive environment and take pride in producing precise, high-quality work.

As part of your daily responsibilities, you will conduct thorough property inspections, walking through each room and exterior area to ensure that each property is in pristine condition. You'll document any issues, coordinate with our maintenance team, and perform light-preventative maintenance tasks to keep each property guest-ready.

As our boots on the ground, you’ll also oversee the replenishment of supplies, help stage properties for guest arrival, and maintain clear communication with the operations team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this role, you’ll focus on detailed inspections, maintenance reporting, and property readiness.

  • Conduct thorough property inspections to ensure homes meet Luxury Simplified Retreats' quality standards before guest check-in.

  • Document and report maintenance issues, damages, and inventory needs, coordinating with the Operations Manager and vendors for resolution.

  • Perform light maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, staging furniture, and tidying outdoor areas.

  • Monitor and replenish inventory of approved household items, ensuring each property is fully stocked.

  • Prepare welcome bags and oversee property readiness for incoming guests.

  • Maintain organized and well-stocked supply rooms, ensuring efficiency for daily operations.

  • Assist with launching new properties, ensuring they meet brand standards before going live.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Reach overhead and below the waist

  • Regularly push, pull, and lift up to 30 -40 pounds

  • Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds

  • Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist

  • Weekend Availability required (rotating schedule)

  • Holiday Availability required (rotating schedule)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $50,000

Bonus

Annual Bonus--Dependent upon company and individual performance.
