Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vacation rental properties before and after guest stays to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and overall condition.
  • Identify and document any damages, maintenance issues, or safety hazards and report them promptly to the property management team.
  • Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance staff to ensure timely resolution of any issues found during inspections.
