What You'll Do:

🔹 Clean and maintain rooms, suites, and indoor common areas
🔹 Replenish linens, remove trash, and maintain a spotless environment
🔹 Report lost-and-found items and assist with guest deliveries
🔹 Occasionally assist with furniture movement and storage management
🔹 Work efficiently to meet quality and performance expectations

Piece-Rate Pay - Compensation is based on the number of rooms cleaned.
Guaranteed "True-Up" - If total piece-rate earnings do not meet the prevailing wage of $15.26 per hour in Virginia the employer will pay the difference to ensure compliance

The Housekeeper is not limited to the above-mentioned job description and may be requested to do additional tasks as directed by MasterCorp Management

Physical Requirements:

This position frequently requires standing, walking, pushing, pulling, moving, lifting (up to 25 lbs), bending, reaching, occasional ascending/descending, and repetitive motions. Employee must be able to perform the

essential functions of the position satisfactorily, reasonable accommodations may be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions of their job.
