?BASIC FUNCTION
Responsible for leading experience design by collecting data from research, surveys, benchmarking, competitive analysis & usability testing. We are looking for a highly creative UX designer who is passionate about Human centered design. Our ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of latest research and user/useability process and tools as well as having the capability to find creative ways to gather necessary data under various situations. Collaborating with multiple teams, UX designer should be able to take user challenges within Mobility domain, and provide UX recommendations based on data to support creating safe, intuitive, and a pleasant mobility experiences. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of the goals of the ask and is capable of finding innovative solutions to challenges.
SCOPE AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
PROBLEM-SOLVING/KNOW HOW:
Four-year College Degree in User Experience Design (User Information Management, or similar to) or STEM major (Science; Technology; Engineering; Math) in terms of Design, and a minimum of Four years of work experience performing research and user testing in UX Design domain with Consumer Product, Transportation, or similar to.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Proven experience with research and usability testing such as heuristic testing and strong portfolio of projects
Experience with research, surveys, benchmarking & competitive analysis
Experience with Human centered design process and strong understanding of its concept and best practices
Experience with creating persona, user journey, storyboarding, & lo-fi prototyping
Experience with PowerPoint presentations and storytelling with visual elements
Experience with basic Adobe Creative Suite such as Illustrator & Photoshop
Experience with leading projects
Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast passed environment
Growth minded, Self-Motivated, Problem Solving aptitude, Multi-tasking, Holds accountability, Strong collaborator, Customer/User Focused, Friendly, Ability to elicit requirements from internal/external customers, Excellent communication skills
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Familiarity with Human Factors and Ergonomics
Familiarity with testing in MR / VR / AR environment
Experience with creating other Lo-Fi functional UI prototypes such as SKETCH, InVision, Figma, Adobe Xd or other relevant tools
Experience with motion graphics tool such as Adobe Aftereffects
Familiarity with Automotive / Mobility Industry megatrends
Experience with linguistics or designing voice interaction / conversation
Experience with consumer electronic benchmarking, competitive analysis, and usability tests
