• Experience: 15+ years in User Experience Design & Research
Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a UX design team.
• Develop and implement UX design strategies.
• Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing).
• Create user personas and journey maps.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders.
• Experience working in an onshore-offshore model.
Required Skills:
• User-centered design methodologies.
• Proficiency in design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
• Experience leading large portal engagements.
