As a UX Assistant, you may encounter challenges in managing competing priorities, as you're often responsible for supporting several designers or teams at once. Balancing tasks such as preparing user research materials, organizing feedback, and updating design documentation requires strong organizational skills and clear communication. It's important to proactively clarify expectations with your team, use project management tools, and regularly check in with lead UX designers to ensure you're aligned with shifting priorities. These practices help maintain workflow efficiency and ensure your contributions effectively support project goals.
