This position assists employees and managers, coordinates hiring activities, processes HR transactions, maintains personnel records, and ensures compliance with university policies and procedures.## **Key Job Responsibilities:*** Represents unit/program at institutional workshops, informational meetings, and training sessions* Receives, responds to, and resolves employee questions and problems* Executes and audits work transactions and changes adhering to established policies and procedures to meet anticipated deadlines* Contributes to the development, implementation, interpretation, and revision of work unit Human Resources policies and procedures according to institutional and legal rules and regulations* Provides consultation, performs analytics, and/or maintains personnel files, communications, and materials for work unit through various mediums## **Department:**Human Resources## **Compensation:**$60,000-$65,000 depending on qualifications and experience## **Required Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field* 3+ years of relevant experience working in Human Resources## **Preferred Qualifications:*** Experience with Workday* Knowledge of or exposure to HR Analytics## **How to Apply:**For full consideration, please submit your application along with your resume and cover letter no later than August 21st, 2026.
