Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee utility transmission and substation projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong project lifecycle management experience, financial management skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of utility transmission and substation projects.
  • Manage the complete project lifecycle from project initiation through closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Monitor project financials, forecasts, and overall project performance.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Utilize Microsoft Project to develop and manage project schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, safety requirements, and project objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
  • PMP or CAPM certification preferred.
  • 5–10 years of project management experience.
  • Experience managing utility transmission and/or substation projects.
  • Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
