Job description

Role: Utility Project Administrator
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Pay rate: $40/hr. - $48/hr.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare, submit, and track permits and Traffic Control Plan (TCP) applications.
  • Monitor permit renewals and ensure compliance with government requirements.
  • Process and audit contractor invoices for accuracy.
  • Create and manage purchase order requisitions in Oracle Fusion.
  • Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and government agencies.
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies and support timely payments.
  • Maintain permit, invoice, and project records.
  • Support Reliability projects, including emergency and planned maintenance activities.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of administrative, project coordination, permitting, or utility/construction support experience.
  • Knowledge of permitting processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with invoice processing, purchase orders, and vendor coordination.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
