Candidates must have a thorough understanding of all stages of the project life cycle, have demonstratable experience executing multiple complex projects within a stage gate & agile methodology to ensure that all deliverables are completed and approved by project stakeholders. The Project Manager will be working with cross-functional teams to ensure products are launched on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary point of contact for customers, maintaining full responsibility for customer relationships, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships throughout the project lifecycle. Plan, execute, control, and coordinate the activities of a project core team to produce deliverables agreed upon with executive and/or functional management. Manage the project(s) and execute activities around the boundaries of scope, schedule, risks, and cost. Understand and administer/negotiate key aspects of the contract.

Write, manage and administer all aspects of a Statement of Work (SOW). Report project status to the PMO and other stakeholders. Work within a stage gate methodology Manage external, internal and capital project costs Represent Company in a positive, professional manner when working with both external and internal customers Working with cross functional teams to ensure products are launched on time and within budget.

Perform other duties as assigned or required Company Values Uphold the company's core values, Code of Conduct, and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Represent the company professionally at all times in customer-facing and internal engagements.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree Experience: 5+ years' experience in project management leading software product development Experience in the utility, telecommunications or similarly regulated industries is a plus.

Strong working knowledge of stage gate & agile methodology Certifications/Licenses (if applicable): PMP Certified or on track to get within the next year Preferred Qualifications: Excellent understanding of project management scheduling tools (i.e. Microsoft Project). Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, & listening). Understands how to measure audience and craft communications to meet their needs.

Uses listening skills to completely understand tough situations and help resolve them Excellent leadership qualities and the ability to make decisions without perfect information Ability to positively influence others without direct authority in efforts to move assigned projects forward Strong ability to resolve conflicts between members of project team or as needed throughout the organization Excellent organizational abilities needed as multiple projects will be assigned Excellent change management skills. Ability to accept change and respond to setbacks with minimal disruptions Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall & Agile). Strong negotiating skills for working with stakeholders Ability to travel as needed to support project activities.

Experience managing remote teams in different time zones Ability to lead project meetings, drive results, and risk mitigation. Ability to positively influence others without direct authority in efforts to move assigned projects forward Working Conditions : Typical indoor office environment with the majority of time spent sitting and working on a computer using a keyboard, mouse, and monitor. Occasional use of other devices such as phone, copier/printer/fax, etc. Driving Status: Ability to travel as needed to support project activities.

Physical Requirements : Typical office setting. Required to stand; walk; crouch; or handle objects. Lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Ability to sit and view computer screen for long periods of time. Personal Protection Equipment/Other OHSAS Safety Requirements: Ensure the continued efforts and assist in achieving annual goals of health, safety, and environmental policies.

Must be current with available OSHA/Safety Training provided by the Company. If required, must be able to work while wearing safety equipment such as hard hats, work boats, gloves, hearing protection, and others. Additionally, we offer three (3) weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) as well as eleven (11) paid holidays. Pay is in the range of $100,600 - 127,225 per year.

The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, and certifications or other professional licenses held.
