Job description

Position Title: Utilities Supervisor

Area of Requirement: Utilities Operations & Maintenance

Scope of Position:

Ensures safe and compliant operation and maintenance of all utility systems in accordance with contract requirements.

Tasks and Capabilities Required:

  • Manage daily O&M for water, wastewater, electrical, and mechanical utility systems.
  • Support preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency response.
  • Coordinate with other annex managers and personnel to ensure system reliability.
  • Maintain records, logs, and compliance documentation.

Mandatory Experience and Certifications:

  • Minimum two (2) years' experience operating and maintaining utility systems of similar size and complexity.
  • Must be on-site during Government working hours and available within one hour after hours.

Preferred/Desired Certifications:

  • State utility operator licenses (water/wastewater/electrical) *
  • 1-2 years experience with NAVFAC utilities operations highlight desirable *
  • CMMS/Maximo proficiency
