Job description

Role: The Utility Yard Coordinator 

Job Summary: The Utility Yard Coordinator is able to operate, load and unload a full range of heavy duty construction, crushing and screening and forestry products, as well as install and remove any equipment attachments, as required
Compensation: Starting at $25.00/HR
Pay in lieu of experience

Job Responsibilities

· Load and unload equipment..installing and removing of attachments as needed.

· Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the branch equipment yard and attachment areas as well as maintaining shop cleanliness and organization.

· Responsible for equipment and attachment inventory information including serial numbers and other documentation relating to equipment. Thorough completion of the required paperwork is an important task. Attention to detail and accuracy of this information is essential for this position.

· Taking pictures of equipment machinery as well as inspecting for damage.

· Maintaining inventory records of equipment machinery with pictures, descriptions and hours.

· Overseeing rental equipment pre-delivery inspection report, document equipment condition with pictures and record hours.

· Overseeing rental return inspection report, document equipment condition with pictures and record hours.

· Cleaning-up and providing organization assistance to technicians before, during and upon completion of scheduled and non-scheduled repairs and maintenance.

· Performing efficient “clean and check” tasks as assigned

· Doing Light duty mechanical repairs (bulbs, wipers, glass, lights).
