JOB SUMMARY

The Maintenance Manger will lead the Bradford Maintenance team and routinely upkeep our entire Bradford facility and its equipment. This role will also oversee all physical aspects of the plant including service of electrical and mechanical systems; maintenance of production equipment, physical plant, utilities, and grounds; facilities and compliance with applicable policies and regulations.

  • Creates, schedules, implements, and manages a preventive maintenance program including the ability to predict machinery failure for production machinery and equipment by utilizing CMMS software
  • Plan and execute maintenance and facilities related projects and initiatives
  • Evaluates jobs in process and on completion to ensure products meet safety and work quality expectations. Manages jobs in progress in a timely manner to meet production standards.
  • Facilitates proper maintenance of all parts and areas of the facility including machinery and buildings.
  • Conducts machinery analysis as needed, participates in audits/inspections.
  • Procures materials for tool and parts, maintenance supplies, and repair parts to maintain inventory & critical to production spares list as required.
  • Suggests, plans, and oversees equipment needs and acquisition to maximize production efficiency and return.
  • Oversee and plans the layout of electrical and mechanical equipment; recommends and implements modifications to facilities.
  • Maintain clean and organized work area.
  • Support CMMS site set up, deployment and drive ongoing interaction for the purpose of making smarter maintenance management decisions that help reduce maintenance costs, control the budget, analyze everyday maintenance problems, and assign proper resource.
  • Oversees, schedules and coordinates daily work assignments of maintenance team, electrical, and mechanical operation workers.
  • Lead and oversee the Maintenance team
  • Able to help trouble shoot mechanical problems on machinery as required

Qualifications

  • Related field of study (Mechanical, Electrical, Business or Maintenance)
  • 5+ years of proven experience leading a maintenance team in an industrial/ facilities environment
  • Strong experience planning and executing maintenance/ facilities projects and initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Technical/ Mechanical background with ability to read and understand prints and schematics
  • Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Salary

$110,000 - $120,000 range per year with bonus incentive.
