Responsibilities
  • Empty Trash in shop, pick up trash in shop and clean around bays - first task at arrival
  • Wash Bay and Oil Filter Area: wash bay cleaned, oil filters crushed, oil cleaned up and tools organized properly - Done after trash daily.
  • Police parking lot area and pick up rags, trash, using leaf blower, blow off aprons around outside of the building. - Done daily
  • Side Doors and Safety Rails: Clean doors, safety railings of any / all oil spots, grease, etc.
  • Warranty and Rebuild Room: Make sure rebuild area is cleaned and organized. Check with Janell on any warranty parts that need pulled.
  • Organize tool shelving; ensure all tools are in their proper place.
  • Manage the overall cleanliness of the service shop and exterior service area.
  • Service Trucks and Golf Cart: Wash and fuel as needed weekly. Inform of any service work that may be needed.
  • Assist in maintaining all areas of service and grounds (building maintenance.)
  • Washing and Staging Trucks: Wash and clean customers trucks as assigned, stage trucks accordingly on lot.
  • Shuttle customers or pick up supplies or vehicles as needed.
  • Scan service documents weekly.
  • Present a professional appearance for McMahon Trucks to our customers.
  • Perform all other duties as directed by company management
  • Reports any safety issues immediately to management.
  • Must be able to fulfill essential job functions in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner.

Qualifications
  • Valid Class A CDL or ability to obtain one
  • Clean Driving Record and Valid Driver's License
