What Youll Do:

  • Support site development projects from concept through construction
  • Perform grading, drainage, utility layout, and roadway design
  • Prepare construction documents, plan sets, and reports
  • Lead several projects across various stages of development while overseeing timelines, budgets, and performance standards
  • Maintain communication with internal teams, external clients, agencies, and consultants, ensuring all projects are executed cleanly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and municipalities
  • Apply design standards and assist in permitting processes

Requirements:

  • B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Typically, 8+ years of experience in civil/site land development
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • PE preferred

We are targeting a base salary of $110,000 to $140,000, but it is determined by several factors, including education, experience, and a history of working in the Denver metro area.
