National Account Manager โ€“ Contract Foodservice & Institutional Dining

Location: Western United States (California Strongly Preferred; Nevada, Utah, and Arizona will also be considered)

Position Summary

Bridor is seeking a National Account Manager to drive growth within some of the largest contract foodservice and institutional dining organizations in North America.

This role will focus on developing relationships with Management Services Organizations (MSOs), contract foodservice operators, culinary leaders, procurement teams, and key decision makers. The successful candidate will identify growth opportunities, secure product approvals, influence menu adoption, and expand Bridor's presence across multiple operating units and regions.

This opportunity is ideal for a high-performing professional with contract foodservice experience who is looking to take the next step in their career and make a meaningful impact within a growing organization.

What We're Looking For

Required Experience:

  • 7โ€“10 years of experience in contract foodservice, institutional dining, national account management, procurement, culinary leadership, business development, or related commercial roles
  • Direct experience working within, supporting, or managing relationships with one or more of the following organizations:
    • Compass Group
    • Aramark
    • Sodexo
  • Strong understanding of contract foodservice organizational structures, procurement processes, product approvals, and managed order guides
  • Proven success developing strategic customer relationships and growing business
  • Ability to travel 50โ€“70%
  • Must reside near a major airport in California, Nevada, Utah, or Arizona

This role is not intended for candidates whose experience is primarily retail sales, grocery sales, restaurant sales, or traditional foodservice distribution sales without direct contract foodservice experience.

  • Develop and execute growth strategies within contract foodservice and institutional dining organizations
  • Build relationships with executive chefs, procurement teams, culinary leaders, and key decision makers
  • Secure product approvals, menu placements, and system-wide adoption opportunities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across multiple regions and operating units
  • Lead customer presentations, product evaluations, and business planning discussions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support customer growth initiatives
  • Maintain direct customer relationships while leveraging distributor and broker partners
