We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient rehabilitation team in Spanish Fork, Utah. This is a part-time opportunity with significant growth potential.
The ideal candidate is passionate about helping patients restore function, improve mobility, and achieve their rehabilitation goals. You will work alongside a collaborative healthcare team in a patient-focused environment dedicated to delivering exceptional care.
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide hands-on physical therapy treatments and therapeutic exercise programs
Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and home exercise programs
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
Supervise support staff and therapy assistants as appropriate
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Active Utah Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
New graduates are encouraged to apply
Schedule:
Preferred schedule of two 10-hour shifts per week
Opportunity for future expansion to full-time hours
