What You'll Do

As a Children's Swim Instructor, you will:

  • Provide one-on-one and small group swim lessons
  • Teach water safety and swimming skills in a fun, engaging way
  • Communicate with parents about their child's progress
  • Help students overcome fears and challenges with patience and encouragement
  • Stay active and engaged throughout your shift while creating a safe, positive environment
  • Build confidence and trust with children and families every day
What We're Looking For
  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Comfortable being in the water for up to 5 hours per day
  • Able to tread water and ensure student safety
  • Effective communication skills with children and parents
  • Friendly, energetic, and optimistic personality
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and accept feedback
  • Dependable, coachable, and team-oriented

No prior swim instructor experience is required - we provide full paid training. If you're excited to work with kids in a fast-paced, encouraging environment, you'll thrive in this role.

Work Schedule

This part-time position offers flexible scheduling, making it a great opportunity for:

Typical business hours include:

  • Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM–7:00 PM
