Job description

We are recruiting for a couple of Fulfillment Associates in our Morgan Hill, CA facility. Our Fulfillment Associates will be responsible for managing the overall inventory for client-owned property within a specific area of the Morgan Hill warehouse. Under the leadership of a Program Manager, they will be receiving, warehousing, picking and loading client property using our in-house inventory system and operating warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts). With some technical ability, they will program electronics similar to gaming consoles. 

 WHAT YOU'LL DO

Inventory management:

Using our software and hardware tools, receive, log and store client inventory-scanners, bar codes, laptops, ipads

Monitor incoming orders, picking, labeling and preparing them for shipment

Work with common carriers for shipment-FedEx, UPS, USPS

Program and troubleshoot electronics similar to gaming consoles

Ownership of the process:

Troubleshoot problems

Follow current operating procedures, working with the team to improve as needed

Ensure product meets quality requirements

Operate warehousing equipment such as a forklift or pallet jack, working at heights up to 16 feet. 

WHO YOU ARE

Intermediate computer skills-ability to use established inventory system, create and prepare documents. Word, Excel, inventory systems

Familiarity and experience with basic programing of gaming consoles, similar electronics

2 years of general work experience, preferably with general warehousing, picking, receiving, 

Experience working within relatively tight fulfillment production standards

Good communication skills-experience communicating internally and externally using email and phone

Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks based 

High school diploma or equivalent

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, push carts up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts, use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around and go up and down stairs (where applicable)
