Shipping, Receiving & Production Associate Location: La Habra Pay: $18-$22 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Join a Team That Makes a Difference At Auro Wellness, every order we prepare represents a customer who is counting on us to get it right. We're looking for a Shipping, Receiving & Production Associate who is dependable, detail-oriented, proactive, and takes pride in doing great work. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys staying busy, solving problems, working with a team, and taking ownership of their responsibilities.

What You'll Do Accurately and efficiently package, label, ship, and track customer orders and products. Receive, organize, and safely move products and materials between company locations and storage areas.

Support daily production activities while following established processes and quality standards. Ensure orders are completed accurately and shipped on time. Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, inventory, and tracking information.

Work with shipping partners including FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Follow company policies, safety procedures, and applicable shipping requirements. Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members.

Keep work areas clean, organized, and efficient. Help identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and the customer experience. Step in where needed to support the team and keep daily operations running smoothly.

What We're Looking For At least 6 months of shipping, receiving, warehouse, production, or similar experience preferred. High school diploma or GED. Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and proper insurance.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and stay productive in a fast-paced environment. Positive, team-first attitude with a strong work ethic.
