Office Administrator (Casual, Fun Environment)

We are looking for a friendly, organized, people-first Office Administrator to help keep our corporate office running smoothly. This role supports daily office operations, guest relations follow-up, office supply and inventory coordination, mail and shipping, vendor communication, common-area upkeep, and occasional office events.

The ideal candidate enjoys helping others, takes pride in the details, follows through without being reminded, and can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.

Would you like to be a part of our team? If so, as our Office Administrator you will:

  • Review and take action daily on guest relations and loyalty account issues.
  • Review and approve office supply orders and manage the vendor relationship.
  • Maintain inventory and place orders for office and kitchen supplies.
  • Handle correspondence, such as phone calls and general emails.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and shipping (USPS, FedEx, certified mail) daily.
  • Tidy and maintain kitchen and common areas each morning and afternoon.
  • Serve as the liaison with the landlord for building and suite maintenance issues.
  • Assist in organizing office events.
  • Use personal vehicle to run occasional errands.
  • Other duties as necessary or assigned.

EDUCATION:

  • High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred, or commensurate job experience with a proven track record of success.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 1–2 years of experience in office administration, front desk/reception, or guest services.
  • Experience with vendor and inventory management.
  • Microsoft Office/Google Workspace user (Intermediate).
  • Experience with guest loyalty or CRM platforms a plus.

SKILLS, CHARACTERISTICS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills at various levels of an organization.
  • Ability to achieve progress on multiple tasks while exhibiting high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine, guest-first attitude.
  • Possess self-motivation, initiative, attention to detail, organization, documentation, and follow through.
  • Valid driver's license.

PREFERENCES (Not required):

  • Restaurant or hospitality experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
