Job description

The Customer Service Representative works with clients in identifying their needs regarding proper preparation for incoming repairs, status on orders in house, Liaison between clients and Sales Representatives.
Role & Responsibilities:

  • Answer all incoming calls
  • Sell additional services or products to clients
  • Builds and maintains effective professional relationships with clients.
  • Initiates the RGA process to ensure proper tracking on all incoming orders
  • Provides clients with Shipping Labels for all incoming repairs
  • Provides clients and Sales Representatives with status updates on all orders via email notification and telephone
  • Contacts clients by phone and email to retrieve Purchase Order Numbers for all completed repairs which are ready to ship
  • Handles queries about company products and services
  • Possesses detailed knowledge about the company's products
  • Ensures full customer satisfaction without unnecessarily referring customer to other staff members
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
  • Meets customer needs, offers options, resolves problems and follows up with customers
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to take initiative and problem solve
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to present oneself as well as the company in a professional manner
  • Proficient in the use of a personal computer and corresponding programs
  • Attention to detail
  • Interpersonal skills and customer service skills required
  • May be required to sit for long periods of time.
