      Essential Duties and Responsibilities


      • Serve as a Box Office representative, Ticket Taker, Usher and/or Court Monitor pending event needs and per assignment

      • Have familiarity with general MSEC offerings and day-of event details

      • Ensure adherence to MSEC policies, rules and procedures

      • Deliver exemplary customer service

      • Respond to all incidents, accidents, injuries and altercations

      • Help resolve guest concerns and/or direct to the appropriate Manager

      • Maintain calm during fast-paced and/or stressful situations

      Roles

      • Box Office: Help transact day-of ticket sales via computer software system, processing credit cards and handling cash

      • Ticket Taker: Ensure proper entry to the event by scanning tickets and welcoming guests to the facility
