Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior FS 80 BE Java Spring Maven Docker Jenkins in Smithfield, RI.
Duties Include:
* Understanding of the software development process including analysis, design, coding, system and user testing, problem resolution and planning
* Working with a variety of individuals and groups, both in person and virtually, in a constructive and collaborative manner
* Analyzing and solving issues by making timely decisions based on facts, knowledge, experience, and discernment
* Learning, adapting, and striving to meet the needs of a fast paced, changing environment
* Communicating with others in a detail-oriented and timely manner
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred
* Hands-on 10+ years of Programming experience in Java
* Proven development experience
* Experience in JavaScript based frameworks and client side technologies
* Background in Understanding Web and Mid-tier technologies
* An understanding of the principles of SOA and how to implement such as architecture using Spring WS, Rest patterns, OAuth, Swagger, Apache Camel
* An understanding of DevOps, what it means and how to implement it
* Demonstrable experience working in a fast-paced agile environment
* Demonstrable experience working on the full development lifecycle of a project
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
