Job Description Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently looking for an End User Support Technician to join our team. Requirements 21 years of age or older Must be able to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays Strong hands-on experience with Windows 10 to Windows 11 migrations, including OS deployment, imaging, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting Experience deploying desktops, laptops, monitors, docks, printers, and other end-user devices Strong physical end-user support skills, including desk-side troubleshooting, hardware installations, cable management, workstation setup, and equipment moves Install, configure, and support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and common business applications Experience with Active Directory and basic hardware/software troubleshooting Excellent customer service and communication skills in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and walk throughout a large property Reliable transportation Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Card Preferred Experience supporting enterprise Windows deployments Basic Apple/macOS support CompTIA A+ Certification Link Technologies is an equal opportunity employer
