Job Description

    Responsible for producing User Interface & Visual Design deliverables, including: Visual Mockup and Visual Specs.
    Must ensure the development of team deliverables aligns with the overall UX Team work plan and program objectives.
    Collaborate with the BAC Team and SMEs to develop a user interface that aligns with requirements and complies with usability standards.
    Work the with the Technology Team to understand the documented technology standards for the platform and browser/OS specifications and bears responsibility to ensure UX assets track to technology and program standards.
    Collaborate with the Content Team to ensure the delivery of their inputs coincide with UX and downstream dependencies.
    Obtains stakeholder buy-in for the proposed designs.

Qualifications

6 Years

    Broad UX project team experience working with other interaction designers, visual designers, editors and usability engineers, as well as an understanding of other team members' deliverables and processes within a user-centered design model
    Ability to collaborate well with business and technology partners
    Experienced interpreter of visual style guides and creating assets consistent with company brand standards as well as established industry best practices (Must have working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite6 (Photoshop & Illustrator)
    Experience in usability design, navigation design, online content organization, IA/taxonomy creation and search optimization; knowledge of web usability principles, with professional designation a plus
    Strong attention to detail with respect to creating design deliverables and assets
    Excellent interpersonal communication, problem-solving and issue-resolution skills
    Mobile web and downloadable app design experience preferred.
