  3. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and communicate design concepts and interactions.
  4. Create high-fidelity UI designs that are visually appealing, intuitive to use, and consistent with brand guidelines.
  5. Ensure that all design solutions meet accessibility standards and best practices.
  6. Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing results, and data-driven insights.
  7. Work closely with development teams to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
  8. Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of design thinking and user-centered design principles throughout the organization.
  10. Contribute to the evolution of our design system and style guide, maintaining consistency and coherence across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and interaction design concepts.
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analysis.
  • Strong visual design skills, with an eye for typography, color, and layout.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
