This is a hands-on technical position where you will be interacting with our robotic platforms to ensure we continue to deliver high quality solutions for customers. You will work closely with developers, testers, marketing, and customers. You will have the opportunity to develop creative quality solutions to meet the needs of the product and team.


As a software test engineer at Hamilton, you will be expected to be the advocate for software quality. You’ll bring quality concerns to the team and help assess the impact of defects. You will push for higher quality by developing test plans, implementing tests, and document testing results. Embracing an automation-first mentality, you’ll build sustainable testing solutions for your projects.  The software R&D team has a broad portfolio of products, including: internal tools, device drivers, REST APIs, web-based UIs, and full IDEs. As business needs arise, you will be working on one or more of these projects.


  • Strong advocate for quality

  • 4-year degree from regionally accredited university in computer science, software engineering or related field
