UX/UI DesignerAre you a skilled UX/UI Designer passionate about creating intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences? Join our innovative product team at a rapidly growing e-commerce and retail technology company in a major tech hub. As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interface of our core digital platforms. This role is highly creative, blending user empathy with visual design expertise to craft seamless and engaging interactions for our customers. You will work on our primary consumer-facing applications and websites.

Overall Summary: The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for designing user-centered digital experiences, from conducting user research and creating wireframes to developing high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes. This role requires a strong understanding of both user behavior and visual design principles. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product managers and engineers, conducting usability testing, iterating on designs based on feedback, ensuring accessibility standards, and maintaining design system consistency. You will contribute significantly to the creative direction of digital products. You will not have direct management responsibilities.

What skills are an essential must have?
