\n Duties And Responsibilities\n

  • Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.\n
    <\/li>\n
  • Collaborating with other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive code to enhance the user experience.\n
    <\/li>\n
  • Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends.\n
    <\/li>\n
  • Participating in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members.\n
    <\/li>\n
  • Recording data and reporting it to proper parties, such as clients or leadership.\n
    <\/li>\n
  • Taking lead on projects, as needed.\n
    <\/li>\n
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI\/UX designs\n
    <\/li>\n
  • Develop new user\-facing features\n
    <\/li>\n
  • Design and implement various front\-end user interfaces using ReactJS, Redux, and ES6\n
    <\/li>\n
  • Utilize web services such as REST and SOAP to create user facing pages\n
    <\/li>\n
  • Use object\-oriented analysis and design (Java) skills to create dynamic user facing pages\n
    <\/li>\n
  • Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability\n
    <\/li>\n
  • Analyzing and refactoring existing source code for proprietary inhouse systems\n
    <\/li>\n
  • \n
    \n Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back\-end\n
    \n <\/div>\n <\/li>\n <\/ul>\n
    \n
    \n <\/div>\n
    \n Fullstack Skills \/ Knowledge \/ Abilities\n

    <\/u><\/b>Backend<\/u><\/span>\n <\/div>\n

    • Fluency or understanding of specific languages, such as Java, C#, or Python, and operating systems may be required.\n

    • Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement.\n

    • Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques and tools.\n

      • Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3\n

      • Proficient understanding of client\-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery\n

        • Bachelor's degree in computer science\n

        • 3+ years of experience in a software engineering type of role.\n
