Job description

Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a UI Developer with a TS/SCI security clearance to support Kadiak and our government customer in Vienna, VA. This is a surge position.

This developer would be responsible for development and maintenance of web applications and services. Responsibilities could include all aspects of the software development life cycle including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, integration, and deployment. This position is in a team environment and involves collaboration with and supporting other team members.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Code in the latest versions of Java and Angular or any tools required by the government.
  • Support the implementation of interfaces to applications.
  • Provide support in developing the site concept, interface design, and architecture of the applications.
  • Participate in the design of software tools and subsystems to support reuse and domain analysis.
  • Test, fix, and refine the computer software to produce the required product.
  • Enhance software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency.
  • Create new software and modify existing software to ensure efficiency and integrity between systems and applications.
  • Modify existing software and create special-purpose software to ensure efficiency and integrity between systems and applications.
  • Provide support to develop web-based applications including online customer service to transform government agencies to be able to deliver their services online.
  • Provide support in developing the site concept, interface design, and architecture of the web-site.
  • Provide support for the implementation of interfaces to applications. 

Requirements:

  • Shall have four years of relevant experience in web software development.
  • Must be able to demonstrate working in an operational environment where priorities change frequently.
  • TS/SCI security clearance required  

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
