The UX/UI Product Designer works within established UX frameworks and collaborates closely with industrial design, engineering, and product teams to ensure high-quality execution aligned with Milwaukee Tool's brand and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create prototypes (low- to high-fidelity) to communicate interaction models and validate design concepts

  • Contribute to usability testing activities, including test planning, execution, and synthesis of findings

  • Iterate on designs based on feedback, testing results, and technical feasibility

  • Document interaction behaviors, UI specifications, and design rationale for development teams

  • Ensure designs align with Milwaukee Tool's brand, usability expectations, and product standards

  • Stay current on UX trends, tools, and best practices
