    • Minimum of 4 years of experience preparing and presenting findings and recommendations to small and large groups

    • At least 4 years of experience designing and conducting formative usability tests

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface with customers on a daily basis

    • A digital portfolio of design work is required
