The Opportunity
As a UX Design - Senior Associate in Commercial Technology & Innovation, you will focus on creating and enhancing the overall experience users have when interacting with products, systems, or services. Within our Advisory practice, you will combine technical experience with creative thinking to deliver innovative software products and solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their requirements and translating them into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward isn't clear. This role offers opportunities to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate new ideas.
In this role, you will leverage a broad range of tools and methodologies to solve problems and uphold professional and technical standards, contributing to the delivery of impactful client solutions.
Responsibilities
- Designing user-centric experiences that enhance product interaction and satisfaction
- Conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user journeys
- Developing user personas and scenarios to guide design strategies and solutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate user experience design into product development
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and generate insights for design improvements
- Creating prototypes and wireframes to visualize design concepts and facilitate stakeholder feedback
- Applying human-centered design principles to create intuitive and accessible interfaces
- Navigating complex design challenges and adapting to emerging technologies and industry trends
- Building meaningful client relationships to understand and anticipate user needs and preferences
- Upholding professional standards and methodologies to deliver quality design solutions
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
