By combining geospatial intelligence, physics-based 3D simulation, and reward-driven AI, Worldscape enables organizations to build immersive digital twins for predictive modeling, scenario planning, and adaptive decision-making. • Deliver artifacts that raise the bar for visual and user experience design, whether you're working on wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, or prototypes.
  • Partner with a multi-disciplinary product and engineering team to own the implementation of your work.
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders across teams and organizations to increase adoption and shape the future of our design system.
  • Create and optimize the processes and tools available to our designers, developers, and other consumers to collaborate.
  • Partner with our platform, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to create a consistent cross device customer and user experience
  • Establish and evolve design standards and best practices
Professional Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or equivalent design-related field; or commensurate experience.

  • 8+ years of design experience creating mockups, wireframes and prototypes for web and mobile applications and/or workflows.
  • Experience using tools such as Figma for prototyping design concepts and for defining and documenting the user interface architecture (UI patterns, components and guidelines).
  • Proficient in establishing, designing, and using design systems and design frameworks.
  • Have an available online portfolio demonstrating samples of design deliverables (design systems, personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes)
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience is game design and understanding how design impacts the overall player experience.
  • Experience with emerging technologies (AR/VR, AI/ML).
  • 5+ years creating designs and using design systems in Figma, preferably across multiple screen sizes.
  • 3+ years prototyping in Figma, Framer, or equivalent software.
  • Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of successfully launched games/applications.
  • Ability to prototype in environments like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS a plus but not required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and make an impact in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate the rationale behind your design decisions.
  • Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity and a track record of leading design projects that have launched.
