Job Description IDS is seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer, for ADG Creative, an IDS subsidiary, to lead user experience strategy, design execution, and team development across complex systems and products. This role is responsible for driving high-quality user-centered design solutions, establishing UX standards, and mentoring design staff while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Duties โ€ข Lead, manage, and mentor UX designers, providing direction and supporting professional growth โ€ข Define and communicate UX strategy and vision across a portfolio โ€ข Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency โ€ข Facilitate design workshops and sprints to enhance collaboration across teams โ€ข Conduct user research and develop journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes โ€ข Advocate for end-users by identifying workflows, pain points, and needs โ€ข Define and refine UX processes, integrating Human-Centered Design within Agile development โ€ข Perform other duties as assigned Requirements โ€ข Masterโ€™s degree in a related field โ€ข OR Bachelorโ€™s degree with 12 years of experience โ€ข OR Associateโ€™s degree or High School Diploma with 16 years of experience โ€ข Minimum 10 years of experience (aligned to the education substitution structure above) โ€ข Portfolio required Compensation * $125,000k - $130,000k
