The Digital Technology team of designers, researchers, and developers is dedicated to meeting the digital needs of jewelry professionals and buyers. Projects encompass everything from concept to creation and craft an experience for large scale B2B e-commerce, responsive web, customer shopping sites, and more. This team blends coding skills with design sensibilities, contributing to the creation, maintenance, and support of various web applications.
As a UI/UX Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain high-performing, user-friendly web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create solutions that enhance both customer and employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement responsive web applications for usability, performance, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to transform mock-ups and wireframes into functional user interfaces.
  • Participate in code reviews, offering feedback and contributing to coding standards.
  • Integrate applications across front-end, business logic, and databases.
  • Implement web services and APIs to ensure seamless connectivity.
  • Apply responsive design principles with a mobile-first mindset.
  • Analyze and automate business processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring successful delivery from start to finish.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of web development experience.
  • Proficiency in C#, MVC, REST, SQL, HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript libraries.
  • Experience with React or similar front-end frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with responsive frameworks like Bootstrap.
  • Familiarity with development tools such as NPM, Webpack, Gulp/Grunt, Less/Sass, and TypeScript.
