Job description

Summary:
We are seeking a talented and execution-oriented UX/UI Designer to join a newly established UX/UI Center of Excellence (COE) focused on delivering intuitive, scalable, and customer-centered digital experiences across a rapidly evolving home security and smart technology ecosystem.

Partnering closely with the UX Design Lead, this role is responsible for the hands-on execution of UX and UI design across customer-facing products, ecommerce experiences, CRM-integrated workflows, and customer support experiences. • Translate customer feedback, Voice of Customer (VoC) insights, analytics, and stakeholder input into actionable design improvements.
  • Iterate on designs based on usability findings, performance metrics, and evolving product requirements.
  • Participate in journey mapping and workflow analysis to reduce friction and improve task completion.

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing, Customer Support, CRM teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the UX Design Lead to align execution with UX strategy and design standards.
