Job Description
Work with a great UX Team
At many places, youare the only UX person, or have to sell the value of UX. That is not the case at this company! Our organization understands and values User Experience and we have a smart and friendly team of UX Pros to work with!
A great company to work for!
Excellent facilities
Good Work / Life balance (unlike many agencies where overtime is the norm)

Interesting Project!
A chance to do real UX work. This isn't marketing or advertising, you will be able to affect the direction of several in-house products and see the direct affect as our users are our employees.

The initial project will be the design and integration of our Learning portals. This isn't developing learning/training materials (that's already done). We have multiple portals where people go to get training and we need to get them to work together in a way that makes sense for our users. There is also a home grown learning game platform that is part of the mix as well.
