Graphic Designer (Onsite - Dubuque, IA)
The Graphic Designer plays a key role in supporting the Corporate Marketing team by developing visually compelling, brand-aligned assets across both print and digital platforms. This position is well-suited for a creative professional who is enthusiastic about contributing ideas and partnering with cross-functional teams in a corporate setting. In this role, you will bring design concepts to life in support of marketing campaigns, internal communications, and brand initiatives, while continuing to build expertise in branding, production processes, and user experience best practices.
Key Responsibilities
  • Create and deliver engaging visual content for marketing and corporate communications, spanning digital channels (email, web graphics, social media, digital advertising) and print materials.
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns from initial concept through final delivery, following established brand standards and direction.
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office tools to develop high-quality layouts, graphics, and visual content.
  • Apply and follow corporate brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual communications.
  • Collaborate with marketing team members and internal partners to understand project objectives, timelines, and audience needs.
  • Incorporate basic user experience principles into designs to support calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead-generation efforts.

What You Bring
  • Portfolio required: 5-8 pieces showing multi-format campaign work.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Working proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • 1-4 years of professional design experience.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently and efficiently.
