Senior MEP Construction Project ManagerWhat this job involves:

We are currently seeking a Senior MEP Construction Project Manager to deliver Corporate Real Estate (CRE) technology projects for our clients within JLL Technologies Program and Project Management Team. You will work with clients' real estate technology teams globally to develop and deploy multiple projects. This client-facing role specializes in delivery of complex CRE technology projects, inclusive of change management, training, and technology success and adoption. You'll be responsible for leading projects, managing risks and issues proactively, and ensuring quality, on-time, and in-budget delivery.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:
  • Collaborating with members of the client's Real Estate business and technology teams globally to develop and deploy CRE technology-related projects
  • Engaging with stakeholders to ensure requirements documentation covers their needs and proactively managing stakeholder expectations and program/project risks
  • Performing high-quality project management with strong governance, thorough documentation, and efficient communication including project frameworks, minutes, status updates, risk management plans, and steering meetings
  • Maintaining project scope and budget throughout delivery while driving financial forecasting metrics such as project forecast, burn down reports, estimated to completion, and weekly time card analysis
  • Ensuring project-related documentation is complete and provides key metrics to support client leadership decision-making
  • Facilitating frequent meetings with regional end users to understand adoption levels, pain points, and develop plans to improve user experience and drive adoption
  • Supporting development of continuous improvement mechanisms to ensure tools constantly evolve to enhance end user experience and adoption
  • Establishing strong business relationships with key stakeholders through a consultative approach, sharing best practices and market trends to drive stakeholder decision-making
Desired experience and technical skills:
  • 10+ years of program and project management experience
  • MEP or Electrical Construction experience
  • Experience supporting projects involving Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs)" wordsmith as you need
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pace environment and work across global time zones as required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders
  • Proactive and situational leadership skills in people and project management
  • Self-motivation and desire to consistently deliver with excellence
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable ownership approach
  • Experience working in large global organizations with complex technical environments and managing relationships with internal and external customers, service providers, and vendors
  • Strong customer focus with demonstrated ability to work seamlessly with business stakeholders, end-users, vendors, and technology teams
  • Ability to operate independently with general guidance
  • Experience with MS Project
Requirements:Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from an accredited institution
  • Experience with Corporate Real Estate technologies
  • Experience with Adaptive Work
  • Experience with complex lab environments

Estimated compensation for this position:

135,000.00 - 175,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
