Product DesignerJob Summary

We’re looking for a Product Designer to help shape and execute the product experience for RedSail RxMarket. This role will focus on designing intuitive, high-impact workflows across our B2B marketplace, helping pharmacies and medical practices discover products, compare options, place orders, and manage purchasing with confidence. You’ll report to the Director of Product Management and work closely with engineers, product partners, and cross-functional stakeholders on high-priority marketplace initiatives. This is a hands-on role for a designer who is comfortable owning work end-to-end, from discovery and research through high-fidelity execution and launch. You will lead the end-to-end design process for key marketplace workflows, partnering closely with Product Management, Engineering, Business Analytics, Customer Support, and Marketing to deliver intuitive, scalable solutions across both buyer and supplier experiences.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the design process for key initiatives from discovery and concepting through wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and handoff
  • Design intuitive, scalable experiences for complex B2B marketplace workflows including search, comparison, ordering, checkout, post-purchase, and supplier-side tools
  • Partners with Product Management, Engineering, Business Analytics, Customer Support, and Marketing to turn user and business needs into thoughtful design solutions
  • Conduct and synthesize user research, including interviews, usability testing, and workflow validation, to inform product decisions
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs with a high level of independence
  • Contribute to and evolve design patterns and systems to improve consistency and quality across the product
  • Advocate for user-centered design while balancing speed, technical constraints, and business goals
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve overall product quality
Education/Training
  • Bachelor’s degree in design, communications design, UX design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Required Work Experience/Skills
  • 4+ years of experience as a UI / UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar design role in a technology company
  • Strong experience designing ecommerce, marketplace, or transactional products, ideally in a B2B or B2B2C environment
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and own design deliverables from start to finish
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous problem spaces and turning loosely defined requirements into clear, usable solutions
  • Solid foundation in UX principles, interaction design, and visual design
  • Hands-on experience conducting user research and usability testing, and applying insights to design decisions
  • Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma and strong collaboration skills with engineers
  • Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and trade-offs to cross-functional partners
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with stakeholders across product lines
Preferred Work Experience/Skills
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or other regulated industries is a plus, but not required
  • Experience building and maintaining design systems

Compensation & Total Rewards
  • The anticipated base salary range for this position is $100,000-$150,000 annually. This position is also eligible for an annual target bonus of 4%. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
