Job Title: Senior User Experience Design Specialist

Purpose and Objective:

SAP America, Inc. seeks aSenior User Experience Design Specialist at our Palo Alto, CA locationto enhance user experiences by improving the usefulness, usability, and accessibility of business software products.

Expectations and Tasks:

The role translates business requirements and user needs into impactful design decisions, creating user-centered solutions that drive engagement and satisfaction. Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and actionable features based on business requirements and user needs. Analyze and evaluate applications, systems, and user interactions across various platforms, including web, multimedia, voice response, and conversational interfaces. Develop and communicate design strategies effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering) to implement and refine designs. Ensure usability and accessibility standards are met throughout the design lifecycle.

Education and Occupational Experience:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annualbase salary range for this position is $ 146,910- $244,464. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step towardsdemonstratingSAP's commitment to pay equity. SAPprovidesthe annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $163,400- $277,800 . The actualamount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. asdeterminedthrough the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollaramountand any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
