The UI/UX Designer is responsible for exploring, conceptualizing, and visualizing innovative user experience and interface directions during early-stage product and creative development. This role focuses on ideation, experimentation, and translating insights into compelling experience concepts that shape future products, features, and creative solutions.
The designer collaborates closely with UX researchers, creative leads, product teams, and strategists to discover new opportunities and bring creative ideas to life through experience design, prototypes, and visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities Experience Conceptualization & Creative Discovery
  • Explore multiple UX and UI concepts during early-stage discovery and ideation.
  • Translate insights, briefs, and creative direction into innovative experience concepts.
  • Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity concepts to visualize new product or feature ideas.
  • Experiment with new interaction models, layouts, and visual approaches.

Ideation & Creative Collaboration
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, design sprints, and creative workshops.
  • Collaborate with UX researchers to translate user insights into design opportunities.
  • Work closely with creative leads and strategists to define experience direction.
  • Contribute to defining creative territories and experience principles.

Prototyping & Visualization
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate concepts.
  • Use prototypes to explore ideas, test assumptions, and refine creative directions.
  • Create concept demos and visual narratives for presentations.

  • Present design concepts, rationale, and creative thinking to stakeholders.
  • Clearly communicate design intent, user value, and experience vision.
  • Create concept decks, design documentation, and visual storytelling materials.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-7+ years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or experience design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development and UX/UI design thinking.
  • Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Strong visual design and interaction design skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in early-stage product discovery, innovation, or creative teams.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience collaborating with UX research and creative strategy teams.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 57,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 201,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
