The team develops innovative products that enable the merchandising group to curate localized assortments efficiently and competitively, enhancing customer convenience and value. They apply user experience design principles, conduct comprehensive user research, and engage stakeholders to align strategies with business objectives. The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
