We are seeking a high-performing Used Car Lead Technician to play a critical role in our used vehicle reconditioning operations. This position combines hands-on production work with leadership responsibilities-ideal for a technician who wants to lead from the front, mentor others, and drive shop performance.
What You'll Do
  • Work day-to-day in the used car shop performing diagnostics, repairs, and reconditioning work
  • Lead by example to drive 100% efficiency and productivity within the used car technician team
  • Train, mentor, and develop used car technicians to improve skill set, quality, and output
  • Ensure all repairs are completed accurately, efficiently, and to dealership standards
  • Complete and oversee repair orders, documentation, and warranty processes in a timely manner
  • Inspect used vehicles and determine necessary repairs to meet safety and quality standards
  • Collaborate with service advisors and management to communicate vehicle needs and status
  • Help improve shop processes, workflow, and overall reconditioning performance
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What You'll Bring
