The Used Car Manager position at Graff Auto Campus is responsible for acquiring used car inventory through various channels such as auctions, Facebook, and the service drive. This role involves managing the used car inventory and overseeing the reconditioning process in collaboration with the Reconditioning Manager at both the Ford and Toyota stores. The manager will coordinate transportation of used vehicles using our broker-style transport system and handle wholesale websites to ensure proper vehicle placement in the wholesale market.

Responsibilities
  • Acquire used car inventory through auctions, Facebook, and the service drive.
  • Manage and maintain an inventory of 150+ used cars.
  • Oversee the reconditioning process in partnership with the Reconditioning Manager at two locations (Ford and Toyota).
  • Coordinate transportation of used vehicles through our broker-style transport system.
  • Manage wholesale website listings to monitor vehicles entering the wholesale space.
  • Conduct appraisals and provide support for used car sales management.
  • Maintain a day’s supply of inventory within industry standards.
  • Ensure proper merchandising of vehicles on the lot with accurate identification.
  • Manage certified units and handle all aspects related to used car inventory management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in used car management, inventory acquisition, and appraisal.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage large inventories efficiently.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple channels for acquiring vehicles.
