  • Assist with HUD and USDA Rural Development accounting and reporting
  • Coordinate year-end accounting, including 1099s, Certificates of Rent Paid, and information provided to outside accounting firms
  • Maintain relationships with banks, vendors, owners, agencies, and professional service providers
  • Assist company leadership with special projects and other accounting needs

Company Description

CEPCO Management, Inc. is a privately owned, family-run property management company that has been providing housing across Minnesota since 1988. We manage both affordable and market-rate apartment and townhome communities, with decades of experience supporting a wide range of property types statewide.

We’re a practical, down-to-earth team that values trust, flexibility, good judgment, and follow-through. We understand that real life doesn’t always fit neatly into a rigid schedule, and we do our best to support our staff in balancing work with life.

Because we are a smaller, established company, employees have the opportunity to work closely with managers and company leadership. We value people who take ownership of their work, communicate well, solve problems, and are willing to use their experience and judgment.

Your work matters here. Whether you are supporting residents, properties, compliance, accounting, or operations, you can have a meaningful impact on how the company runs while still benefiting from the stability of an organization with decades of experience.
