On-Site Property Manager

Belmont Properties is currently searching for an organized, friendly, and passionate On-Site Property Manager to make a real impact on helping the community.

Founded in 1987, we have a longstanding tradition of providing affordable housing without compromise. We are currently managing 52 properties across four states with dedication to both our residents and the communities we serve. Apply to join our team today!

Schedule:

  • Full-time
  • Monday-Friday

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience managing a USDA Rural Development (RD) property is strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of RD compliance regulations, certifications, and forms (e.g., 3560, MINC submissions)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional training in affordable housing a plus)
  • Must pass a background check and possess a valid driver’s license
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Experience using Yardi Breeze or other property management software preferred
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
