Job Summary:

As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive user experiences, collaborating with various teams to develop and refine user interfaces, and advocating for user-focused solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Own the development and implementation of high-quality, interactive UI components from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate closely with design and engineering to iterate on user experiences, ensuring accessibility, performance, and usability best.
• Help define and evolve a scalable design system that maintains consistency across Gradial’s product suite.
• Develop rapid prototypes using front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React) to validate concepts, test usability, and iterate on design solutions.
• Advocate for user-focused solutions, conduct usability tests, and leverage user feedback to continuously improve product experiences.
• Coordinate with backend engineers in defining APIs and data structures that enable cohesive and seamless user interactions.
• Stay informed of emerging UI/UX methodologies, technologies, and trends to enhance our platform and keep Gradial at the forefront of user experience innovation.
